DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER (PROJECTS)
(Based in Tawau, Sabah )
- Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years experience in housing and commercial projects with an established construction or consultancy company.
- Timely planning, coordination and implementation of developments projects.
- Obtain necessary approvals, achieve projects requirement and budget objectives.
- Effectively manage and liaise with lead consultants, architects, contractors and local authorities
- Monitor work progress and workmanship to ensure and deliver of high quality standards and in compliance with requirements.
- Pro-active and highly organized with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER/PROJECT MANAGER
(Based in Tawau, Sabah )
·
Degree in Engineering,
Architecture or related disciplines
·
Minimum 10 years experience in
a property development , construction or consultancy company
·
Lead, manage and coordinate
with the project team to ensure overall activities are in compliance with
Project Schedule adherence to budget and defective cost control
·
Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills.
·
Able to lead a team and perform
in a team-based environment
CLERK OF WORKS (C&S)
(Based in Tawau & Lahad Datu, Sabah )
- Certificate or diploma in Building Construction, Technology/Civil & Structural or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years experience in Civil and Structural or Architectural works
- Perform joint inspection with main contractor on completed works to ensure qualities of works are as per requirements.
- Ensure all works are executed safely, efficiently and in accordance to specification and drawings, as well as within project schedule
- Ensure contractor site preparations are coordinated in accordance to consultants’ drawings.
