Introduction: Asian Pacific Holding Berhad (Asian Pac) adalah syarikat besar yang termasuk dalam Bursa Saham Kuala Lumpur (KLSE). Salah satu projek besar dan terbaru Asian Pac ialah terletak di kawasan KK Times Square, sebuah projek yang dinamakan IMAGO Mall. 

IMAGO Mall memerlukan pekerja untuk jawatan-jawatan yg tersebut dibawah:- 

Department: ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT 

Post: Chargeman

> Holding Chargeman B0, B1 or B4 Certificate by Suruhanjaya Tenaga

> Competent in handling 33kVA line. 

Post: Electrician (12 Positions) 

> Minimum 2 years working experience in M&E services at buidling or complex. 

> Candidates with valid PW4 licence would have a greater advantage. 

> Posess own transport 

> Able to work on shift. 

Post: Mechanical Technician (12 posts) 

> Posess Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical advantage with minimum 2 years working experience in the M&E Services at building or complex. 

> Possess own transport 

> Able to work on shift 

Post: Carpenter (2 posts) 

> Possess Diploma or Professional Certificate in Carpentry or 

> Minimum 2 years working experience in wood work services at building or complex

> Have own transport 

> Able to work on shift 

Post: Handyman (2 posts) 

>  Possess Diploma or any Professional Certificate or 

> Minimum 1 year working experience in general services  at building or complex

> Have own transport 
> Able to work on shift 

Post: Plumber (8 posts) 
> Posses certificate in plumbing or 
> At least 2 years working experience in plumbing field
> Able to work on shift. 

DEPARTMENT: SECURITY DEPARTMENT

Post: Security Manager (1 Post) 
> Minimum 5 years working experience in similar capacity (high rise commercial building or hotel) 
> Preferably male, 30 to 50 years old, physically and medically fit with no criminal record
> Those who served/experienced in the Police/Armed Forces (Minimum rank of Office) are encouraged to apply. 
> Posses a strong leadership skills with high level of integrity and interpersonal skills. 
> Must be able to read, write and speak English and BM. Proficiency in Chinese would be an added advantage. 
> Must own valid driving licence (min. class D) 
> Computer literate
> Experience in managing automated carpark and multistorey car park systems would be another great advantage. 

Post: Enforcement Supervisor (4 posts) 
> Age between 20 - 40 years old (Malaysian)
> Physically and medically fit with no criminal record
> Able to work in team 
> Candidates must be able to work flexible hours, depending on the mall occupancy and functions. 
> Consciousness while on duty is highly required to ensure the security and safety in the shopping mall or hotel. 

Post: Control Room Operator (3 posts) 
> Age between 20 - 40 years old (Malaysian)
> Physically and medically fit with no criminal record
> Able to work in team 
> Candidates must be able to work flexible hours, depending on the mall occupancy and functions. 
> Consciousness while on duty is highly required, main job will be to handle the building automation system and fire panel.

> Posses Diploma or Degree in any field. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field. 
> Able to understand instruction in BM, BI and Chinese
> Able to take and perform instructions effectively and to organize and prioritize daily routines. 
> Able to remain calm and perform under pressure and know how to work well with in-house and out-source staffs. 
> Able to communicate with staffs and suppliers. 
> Knowledge of computer and and calculations skills
> Malaysian. Preferably female between 20-45 years old. Physically and medically fit without any criminal record. 

Post: Office Clerk (2 posts)
> Posses at least SPM/O-Level in any field. 
> Minimum 1 year working experience in the same capacity
> Able to understand instruction in BM, BI and Chinese
> Able to communicate with staffs and suppliers. 
> Knowledge of computer and and calculations skills
> Malaysian. Preferably female between 20-45 years old. Physically and medically fit without any criminal record.
